On July 8, Beijing E-Town Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. ("E-Town Semiconductor"), a portfolio company of Yintai Group, was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s STAR Market. At the end of the first day of trading, E-Town Semiconductor closed at RMB 23.20, surging 174.56%, with turnover of RMB 3.257 billion and a total market capitalization of RMB 68.569 billion.

E-Town Semiconductor is a global semiconductor equipment company headquartered in China. It specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of wafer processing equipment for integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of IC manufacturing equipment, including dry stripping equipment, rapid thermal processing (RTP) equipment, and dry etching equipment, together with supporting process solutions. Its key products hold leading market positions worldwide.

In recent years, Yintai Group has been actively expanding its industrial investment portfolio, focusing on strategic emerging industries including internet technology, broad consumer sector, smart logistics, new energy, biopharmaceuticals, and medical and elderly care services. The Group has invested in over 80 outstanding enterprises, including Cainiao Network, MYBank, Ant Group, ByteDance, Hangyin Consumer Finance, Li Auto, Aibio Biotech, and Huitongda, with total investments exceeding RMB 20 billion.
